Kesklinna uude majja alla 5000-eurose ruutmeetrihinnaga korterit ei leia, aga Mustam\u00e4el algavad korralikus arenduses hinnad 3700-st eurost,\u201c lisas Subat\u0161jus.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201eLinn paisub \u2013 Kristiine on juba tunnetuslikult kesklinn ja Mustam\u00e4e liigub samas suunas. Tegemist pole enam kuidagi magala, vaid hinnatud aadressiga, kus on hea taristu, palju rohelust ning kiire \u00fchendus kesklinnaga,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4kis Uus Maa konsultant Ave Klaser ja lisas, et k\u00f5ige n\u00f5utumad on S\u00f5pruse pst, Tammsaare\u00a0 ja Mustam\u00e4e teede \u00e4\u00e4rsed piirkonnad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Ave Klaseri s\u00f5nul hakkab Mustam\u00e4e kinnisvaraturgu j\u00e4rjest enam m\u00f5jutama ka uueneva Mustam\u00e4e Keskuse \u00fcmber kerkiva kvartali valmimine. \u201cRajatakse 24-korruseline Mustam\u00e4e Manhattani nimeline korterelamu, tervise- ja \u00e4rihoone ning uus avalik park, mis moodustavad Tammsaare-, Mustam\u00e4e- ja S\u00e4\u00e4se teede ristumiskohta linnaosa uue t\u00f5mbekeskuse. Septembris m\u00fc\u00fcki tulnud Manhattani tornist osteti k\u00fcmme protsenti paberil ette \u00e4ra ja see t\u00f5mbab kaasa ka \u00fcmbruskonna vanema kinnisvara,\u201c lisas Klaser.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201eKuna Mustam\u00e4el on praegu uusarendusi v\u00e4he ja ega neid sinna palju juurde mahugi, siis tehakse k\u00fcmnest tehingust \u00fcheksa vanemate korteritega. Kasvanud tehingute arv tingib m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste v\u00e4henemise \u2013 Mustam\u00e4e m\u00fc\u00fcgiturult l\u00e4heb rohkem kortereid \u00e4ra kui juurde tuleb. Mullu septembriga v\u00f5rreldes on praegu m\u00fc\u00fcgikuulutusi 3,6 ning augustiga v\u00f5rreldes 6,4 protsenti v\u00e4hem.
