About the Company
AS TTP is a real estate development and construction company established in 1987 and based entirely on Estonian capital.
Over the years, the company has developed both comprehensive residential areas and individual buildings in different districts of Tallinn, involving Estonia’s top architects and leading specialists. The largest of these projects include:
- In Pirita: Puki tee, Mähe tee, Kaasiku, and Padriku residential areas, where 110 single-family homes, 46 row/semi-detached houses, and 67 apartment buildings have been completed, providing beautiful homes for more than 1,100 families. Also, the apartment buildings at Ranna tee 46a. In the same district, at Mähe tee 1, stands TTP’s office building – awarded Best Concrete Building in Estonia 2005.
- In Mustamäe: the Pöörise residential quarter, home to more than 800 families.
- In Kristiine: the Järve Towers complex, nominated for the Best Concrete Building of 2022 award.
- In the city center: the business building at Pärnu mnt 18 and the mixed-use building at F.R. Kreuzwaldi 3.
In addition to buildings, we also invest in the surrounding living environment. One of the most remarkable examples is the architectural structure built in the central square of the Pöörise residential quarter, which AS TTP gifted to the Republic of Estonia for its 100th anniversary in 2018. Inspired by this centennial, architect Raiko Reinson created a sculptural composition on the square, in which an attentive observer can distinguish the numbers 99 and 100. The Pöörise architectural structure was a nominee in the “Concrete Building of the Year 2018” competition and received a special award for its concept and execution. The creation required 130 tons of white reinforced concrete. The structure is 24 cm thick and reaches 5.7 meters at its highest point. Its form, inspired by nature, resembles a breaking ocean wave. It can be viewed from every angle, height, and distance – moving around and through the sculptural arch constantly reveals new perspectives and compositions. Thanks to special lighting, the dynamic form is also a visual landmark at night. Walkways and round play areas are minimalist and designed in the national colors of Estonia. Seasonal greenery ensures variety throughout the year, provides shelter from prevailing winds, and creates a buffer zone from the surrounding streets.
- Mustamäe Manhattan in Mustamäe – a residential project with 212 apartments.
- Lenderi Aed in Pirita – an apartment building with 10 apartments.
- Taludevahe in Haabersti – an apartment building with 18 apartments.
The development project at Vööri 2, in the immediate proximity of Linnahall, is also awaiting its turn.
Building a better future!
