About the Company
AS TTP is a real estate development and construction company established in 1987, based on Estonian capital.
Over the years, the company has developed both comprehensive residential areas and individual buildings in different districts of Tallinn, involving Estonia’s top architects and leading specialists. The largest of these projects include:
- In Pirita, on Puki, Mähe, Kaasiku, and Padriku streets, residential quarters have been developed with 110 detached houses, 46 terraced or semi-detached houses, and 67 apartment buildings. More than 1,100 families have found wonderful homes there. Additionally, apartment buildings have been completed at Ranna tee 46a. In the same district, at Mähe tee 1, the TTP office building was constructed – it was recognized as Estonia’s Best Concrete Building of the Year in 2005.
- In Mustamäe: the Pöörise residential quarter, home to more than 800 families.
- The Järve Towers building complex, developed in Kristiine, was nominated for the 2022 Best Concrete Building Award.
- In the city center, the commercial building at Pärnu mnt 18 and the mixed-use commercial and residential building at F. R. Kreuzwaldi 3 were constructed.
In addition to the buildings themselves, we also invest in the surrounding living environment. One of the most remarkable examples is the architectural installation built on the central square of the Pöörise residential quarter, a gift from AS TTP to the Republic of Estonia on its 100th anniversary. In 2018, the Republic of Estonia celebrated its centenary, and inspired by this event, architect Raiko Reinson created a sculptural composition for the central square of the Pöörise residential area. A keen observer can recognize the numbers 99 and 100 within the design. The Pöörise architectural installation was nominated for the “Concrete Building of the Year 2018” competition and received a special award for its concept and execution. The structure was built using 130 tons of white reinforced concrete. It is 24 cm thick and reaches a height of 5.7 meters at its highest point. Its shape is inspired by nature, resembling a breaking ocean wave. The installation can be admired from every angle and distance, both up close and from afar. Moving around and through the sculptural arch constantly reveals new compositions and perspectives. Thanks to its special lighting, the dynamic form remains captivating even at night. The walkways and circular playgrounds are minimalist in design and feature the national colors. The landscaping ensures vibrant colors throughout the seasons, provides shelter from prevailing winds, and creates a natural buffer between the square and the surrounding streets.
Currently, the following development projects are in progress:
- Mustamäe Manhattan in Mustamäe – a residential project with 212 apartments.
- Lenderi Aed in Pirita – an apartment building with 10 apartments.
- Taludevahe in Haabersti – an apartment building with 18 apartments.
The development project at Vööri 2, in the immediate proximity of Linnahall, is also awaiting its turn.
Building a better future!
