Heat production

Padriku võrgupiirkonnas 2026. aasta jaanuaris müüdud soojuse müügihind oli 84,45 €/MWh (hind tarbijatele koos 24% käibemaksuga 104,72 €/MWh). 

Padriku võrgupiirkonnas 2025. aasta novembris ja detsembris müüdud soojuse müügihind oli 88,29 €/MWh (hind tarbijatele koos 24% käibemaksuga 109,48 €/MWh).

Padriku võrgupiirkonnas 2025. aasta oktoobris müüdud soojuse müügihind oli 92,09 €/MWh (hind tarbijatele koos 24% käibemaksuga 114,19 €/MWh)

In the Padriku network area, the heat sales price for August–September 2025 was 97.97 €/MWh. For consumers, the price including 24% VAT is 121.48 €/MWh.

Starting from 01 May 2025, the Competition Authority, by decision No. 7-3/2025-034 dated 28.03.2025, has set the heat price cap (excluding VAT) at 103,28 €/MWh. For consumers, the heat price including 22% VAT is 126,00 €/MWh.

Starting from 01.12.2024, the Competition Authority, by decision No. 7-3/2024-057 dated 30.10.2024, has set the heat price cap (excluding VAT) at 99,07 €/MWh. For consumers, the heat price including 22% VAT is 120,87 €/MWh.

Starting from 01.10.2024, the Competition Authority, by decision No. 7-3/2024-041 dated 23.08.2024, has set the heat price cap (excluding VAT) at 90,98 €/MWh. For consumers, the heat price including 22% VAT is 111,00 €/MWh.

In the Padriku network area, the heat sales price in March 2024 was 77.77 €/MWh (the price for consumers including 22% VAT was 94.88 €/MWh).

Starting from 01.04.2024, the Competition Authority, by decision No. 7-3/2024-013 dated 20.03.2024, has set the heat price cap (excluding VAT) at 83,56 €/MWh. For consumers, the heat price including 22% VAT is 101,94 €/MWh.

In the Padriku network area, the heat sales price in February 2024 was 81.62 €/MWh (the price for consumers including 22% VAT was 99.58 €/MWh).

In the Padriku network area, the heat sales price in January 2024 was 89.95 €/MWh (the price for consumers including 22% VAT was 109.74 €/MWh).

In the Padriku network area, the heat sales price in December 2023 was 102.14 €/MWh (the price for consumers including 20% VAT was 122.57 €/MWh).

Starting from 01.12.2023, the Competition Authority, by decision No. 7-3/2023-167 dated 30.10.2023, has set the heat price cap (excluding VAT) at 105,87 €/MWh. For consumers, the heat price including 20% VAT is 127,04 €/MWh.

Starting from 01.10.2023, the Competition Authority, by decision No. 7-3/2023-119 dated 31.08.2023, has set the heat price cap (excluding VAT) at 92,16 €/MWh. For consumers, the heat price including 20% VAT is 110,59 €/MWh.

The prices for heat of local boiler rooms and other terms and conditions are determined by an agreement concluded between the person buying and the person producing heat.
